These Terms govern access to and use of the Commodore’s Ridge Publishing website, including catalog pages, book links, downloadable files, audio, posts, and the Tater’s Universe experience. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, written content, images, page copy, book descriptions, posts, and other materials on this site are owned by Commodore’s Ridge Publishing LLC, J.P. Springett II, or their respective rights holders. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and share links to publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or redistribute site content without prior written permission, except where a separate license expressly allows it.

Music and Downloadable Media

Some music or audio made available through Tater’s Universe may be offered under a Creative Commons or other stated license. When a license is identified, that license controls your permitted use of that specific file. Where attribution is required, you must provide appropriate credit, link to the license when practical, and indicate whether changes were made.

Downloads are provided for convenience and are used at your own risk. Commodore’s Ridge Publishing works to keep files safe but does not warrant that downloads will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Book Retailer Links

This site links to third-party retailers, including Amazon. Purchases, refunds, accounts, delivery, pricing, reviews, and retailer data practices are handled by those third parties, not by Commodore’s Ridge Publishing.
